Refund policy
When Is a Refund Possible?
According to Ukrainian legislation, refunds for event invitations (certificates) may be issued by the organizer in the following cases:
- Event cancellation.
- Significant changes to event details (time, date, or venue).
- Personal reasons of the customer that prevent participation, provided that notification is given 24 hours before the event.
Please note: if the cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the event, a refund will not be issued.
How to Request a Refund?
If one of the aforementioned conditions applies, the customer can contact AviaSim through one of the following methods:

- Message us on social media.
To request a refund, you will need to:
- Contact us using any convenient method.
- Complete a refund application form, specifying the reason for the refund.
Refunds can be credited to the customer's bank account provided in the application or transferred to a "deposit" for participation in another event.
How Are Refunds Processed?
- Bank transfer fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued exclusively in non-cash form to the bank account within 10 business days from the date the refund application is received.
- The refund application can only be submitted by the purchaser whose details are specified in the order.
