Cessna sessions start at ₴800 for 30 minutes. Boeing 737 sessions start at ₴2600 for 60 minutes. F/A-18 Hornet sessions start at ₴2000 for 50 minutes. Longer flights are also available.

Are there any age restrictions?

For the Boeing 737 simulator, children under 8 are not allowed; ages 8–12 must be accompanied by an adult. For the F/A-18 fighter simulator, participation starts from age 12.

How do I book a flight?

Visit aviasim.com.ua/order, pick your simulator, select a duration, and choose a date and time. Confirmation comes by email and SMS.

How do I purchase and use a gift certificate?

Buy a gift certificate at aviasim.com.ua/gift for an open date. The recipient activates it at aviasim.com.ua/activate by entering the certificate code and choosing their preferred date, time, and personal details.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes — contact us at +380 50 737 0800 or info@aviasim.com.ua. Rescheduling is free if you notify us at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Where is Aviasim located?

Herzen Street 35, Kyiv, Ukraine. Inner yard, separate entrance between sections 4 and 5. Open Monday–Saturday, 10:00–22:00, by appointment only.

Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?

Do I need pilot experience?

No — instructors guide every session. The simulators are open to complete beginners as well as experienced pilots refining their skills.
